Your evidence.
On your device.
DeliveryProof helps adults document damaged, short or wrong material deliveries. This policy explains what stays on your device and what happens when you choose to export, share or contact support.
No DeliveryProof account is required. Core capture, OCR, review, saving and report generation run on your device. DeliveryProof does not automatically upload your incident evidence to its publisher.
1. Publisher and scope
DeliveryProof is published under the developer name BA7MZE Studio. This policy covers the DeliveryProof mobile app. It also describes voluntary support email and the separate privacy considerations for this policy website.
2. Information processed on your device
You choose the delivery information, photographs, notes and acknowledgement signatures to record. Incidents, history, OCR results, saved Originals and generated reports are kept in app-managed local storage. DeliveryProof does not operate a cloud account, evidence upload service or cloud synchronization service.
OCR is processed locally. A photograph or imported file may contain personal information or embedded metadata, including names, signatures, timestamps or locations. Saved Original photographs retain their original file bytes and may retain that metadata. A signature Original is the PNG generated when you confirm it.
SHA-256 checksums help check whether saved Original file bytes have changed. They do not prove authenticity, time, location or legal validity.
3. Permissions and local diagnostics
Camera access is requested when you use the camera. Photo import uses the system picker for the files you select. The app does not require microphone or location permission.
A small, redacted troubleshooting log is kept locally. It records recent UTC times, error categories and SQLite error codes, and excludes evidence, SQL, file paths and exception messages. You decide whether to export or share it. DeliveryProof does not automatically send diagnostics or include advertising, analytics or cross-app tracking SDKs.
4. Exports, sharing and backups
PDF reports, ZIP evidence packages, diagnostic exports and single-incident .dpincident backups leave app-managed storage only when you choose a system destination or share action. The destination may be another app, an external folder, a recipient or a cloud provider you select; its policies and access controls govern that copy. DeliveryProof does not automatically upload it.
Exports and incident backups are not password-encrypted by DeliveryProof. Check their contents and protect access before sharing. Exporting a copy does not delete the local record. A PDF or report ZIP is not a restorable incident backup.
5. Store purchases
When purchase options are offered, Apple or Google handles the store account and payment under its own policies. DeliveryProof does not receive payment-card or bank-account details. Necessary product, platform, environment, transaction identifiers and signed purchase information are retained locally to validate and restore access.
No DeliveryProof purchase-verification server or third-party purchase-management service is used. Platform purchase checks may communicate with the relevant app store. Incident content is not included in those checks. Incident backups do not contain portable Pro authorization; purchase restoration and incident restoration are different operations. Protected purchase-access records may remain on an iOS device after uninstalling. App stores retain their own purchase records under their policies.
6. Retention, security and deletion
Local records remain in app-managed storage. Archiving an Incident does not delete it, and removing an evidence item may retain its Original for history. Clear the app's storage or uninstall the app to remove its app-managed Incident data from that device. External reports, backups and shared copies remain at your selected destinations and must be deleted separately.
The app relies on your device's operating-system storage protections; this policy does not promise that incident files are encrypted by DeliveryProof. Keep your device secure. Support cannot remotely access, recover or delete your local records. Unbacked-up data can be lost when a device is lost, storage fails or the app is uninstalled.
7. Intended audience
DeliveryProof is a workplace tool intended for adults documenting material deliveries. It is not designed for children.
8. Support email and this website
If you contact support, the email services involved process the information you voluntarily send. It is used to respond to your request and retained as needed for that purpose and applicable obligations. Do not send incident evidence unless you choose to do so. Contact support for questions about your correspondence.
This page has no analytics scripts, advertising, forms or login. The publisher and infrastructure providers may process standard network request information, such as IP addresses, browser information and request times, to deliver and secure this website. Routine website logs follow the server's log-rotation policy. Website requests do not include the app's local incident records.
